Incorporated in 2023, E & L Builders, Inc. is a firm that specializes in commercial and residential construction projects. We work with concrete and masonry, structural steel, wood and metal framing, floor and roof truss design and installation, drywall, exterior, and interior finishing.
Edwin and Mike decided to create E&L to expand on their passion for delivering results for their clients. We are invested in our client’s success.

Edwin Mendoza
Edwin has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, and more than 20 years in the construction industry, including 15 years as a project manager for concrete construction and wood framing projects.
